This last export measures at -18.8 LUFS with a peak of -1.0 dB and an LRA of 3.6. Nobody is going to cry about ± 0.2 LUFS, so I'm happy with what I have. However, if you want to be really sure, you can use the **Normalize/fade option** when you render your final export in Reaper; after Reaper finishes processing your final, it will apply a final boost to get to your target LUFS.
