Proactive filtering of English Buddhism Fandom wiki
...
There currently exists no English-language wiki at buddhism.fandom.com
(just a Tamil one, hence the pre-extant filtering rule), but I'm blocking
it proactively anyways just in case. There exist already a number of good
English-language Buddhism wikis and other sorts of similar websites, so
there would be no need to use a Fandom wiki were one to exist.

Most of these are videogame wikis with wiki.gg
alternatives, others (like all languages of
`christianity`, and `buddhism` in `ta`) are just
ones that do or almost certainly will have better
alternatives available

Better handling of language wildcards
...
English (langcode `en`) no longer needs to be specified alongside the wildcard; `generate.pl` now handles wildcard langcodes properly and will add both the plain URL for English and the wildcard URL to match every other language
